Lower Left and SetGo co-presenting with Lawrence University will be hosting a 6-full-day intensive this summer, and we are excited you might join us. 

The intensive will focus on deepening practices in Contact Improvisation and Ensemble Thinking, building community, pedagogical inquiry, and artistic research. We are inviting dance professionals, artists, and educators, with their own improvisational and creative practices. Our time will be praxis-based, focusing on deepening and continued study of Contact Improvisation and Ensemble Thinking. There will be classes, open jams, discussions on theory and practice, and improvised performance opportunities.

Because of our desire to create an intimate community, we will be limiting enrollment. When you are accepted, we will send you directions for securing your spot with a deposit and any housing and/or food payments.
